Actor Benedict Cumberbatch and his wife Sophie Hunter have become parents!

The couple has had a lovely baby boy. A spokesman for the couple, who married earlier this year, said they were “delighted to announce the arrival of their beautiful son”.

The pair melted hearts around award season, as they were one of the cutest couples on the red carpet.

The Oscar nominee wed his then-pregnant fianc?e on Valentine’s Day this year after the couple announced Hunter’s pregnancy in January. We don’t know any names yet, but we’re betting this mini-cumberbatch will be one seriously cute baby. We’ll be eagerly awaiting a picture, but we don’t think this private couple will be sharing their bundle of joy with the world any time soon.
