4 Ways To Eat Coffee For Breakfast

They don’t say breakfast is the most important meal of the day for no reason. Eating a filling and wholesome breakfast’doesn’t just “set you up for the day”, it boosts productivity and mentally can kick-start your mood for the whole day.

Not eating breakfast will slow your metabolism, increase stress hormones, make you more susceptible to weight gain and increase your risk for heart disease, obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes, according to?the American Heart Association.

Is a coffee your breakfast every morning? Coffee beans are full of antioxidants and caffeine in moderation?can improve the memory, boost metabolism, lower the risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and gout. The key phrase here is “in moderation,” and not “caffeine is good for you even though you wake up by hooking yourself up to a caffeine IV-drip and don’t eat until lunch.”
