3 Christmas Cocktail Spots To Try

Your guide to the perfect spot for a Christmas cocktail.

THE DYLAN

The rather brilliant Twelve Cocktails of Christmas menu is clearly not to be sampled in one sitting, however tempting it might be. Five Golden Rings (rum, Goldschla?ger, condensed milk and Angostura bitters) ticks all the right boxes, or opt for Eight Maids a-Milking (peppermint liqueur, cre’me de cacao white and Baileys) for something with more a dessert feel, dylan.ie.

THE WESTIN

In the Mint Bar it feels like nothing bad could ever happen. In fact, very good things often transpire in the form of the highlight of the Mint’s Christmas cocktail menu, Flight of the Cocktails. This is a selection of four classic cocktails served on a plinth, including the most delicious Sazerac, themintbar.ie.

THE EXCHEQUER D2 AND WINE BAR

They take their cocktails extremely seriously here and have a number of moreish concoctions to tempt this Christmas. To taste And a Pear Tree (Ron Zacapa 23, homemade spiced syrup, pear juice, egg whites, lemon sherbet and plum bitters, topped with a pine mist spray) is to have lived, theexchequer.ie.
