AIMEE CONNOLLY

NICHOLA JOSS is a Decléor skincare expert and internationally renowned beauty therapist. After gaining a beauty diploma and a degree in biology and physiology, she moved to Malaysia to serve an apprenticeship with a lymphatic drainage therapist. Once back in London, her freelance career skyrocketed. Not only has her work featured in some of the world’s most prominent magazines such as Vogue, In Style and Marie Claire, Nichola is the beauty therapist of choice for A-list beauties such as Kate Moss, Meghan Markle, Scarlett Johansson, Hilary Swank, Gisele Bündchen and Gwyneth Paltrow. NADINE REID Birmingham-born to a Jamaican family, Reid is a semi-retired make-up artist whose clients have included Balmain, Moschino, Missy Elliott, Kanye West and Shakira. After 10 years working as an international trainer, she moved to Dublin to explore more intimate creative opportunities on the Emerald Isle. Three years later, and Reid’s skillset evolved from behind the camera to front. ANDREA HORAN

ANDREA HORAN is the founder of Tropical Popical, a glitter activist, and sometimes drag queen. Following ten years spent in Youth Communications Agency Thinkhouse, the next obvious move was to open nail bar Tropical Popical (so obvious) in 2012. Horan celebrates her belief in the three Fs – feminism, femininity and fun – through Tropical Popical and her not-for-profit venture, The Hunreal Issues. JOANNE McNALLY burst on to the Irish comedy scene in 2014 and in less than a year became the co-host on RTÉ 2’s flagship comedy show Republic of Telly, co-wrote and starred in the stage show Separated At Birth a comedy about her adoption and sold out her first ever solo stand up show in Dublin. Her one-woman autobiographical show Bite Me, a dark comedy based on her experience with eating disorders, was nominated for multiple Dublin Fringe Festival awards in 2016 including Best Performer and Best Production and enjoyed a successful run at Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2017.

JAMES PATRICE is a presenter, Snapchat star, and one of Ireland’s leading social influencers. His inimitable charm has led him to be the face of numerous brand campaigns and a regular on RTÉ’s The Today Show. James has been involved in an array of creative outlets, such as fashion styling and writing, and he can regularly be seen roaming backstage as the host of RTÉ One’s online content for The Rose of Tralee and Dancing With The Stars. @james_patrice

ANTHONY USSHER is a colourist from Dublin, but moved to London to work in model casting, putting his expert eye on some of the biggest fashion shows each season. He has painted the tresses of some of the biggest names in fashion and Hollywood. Deciding that life wasn’t challenging enough, he ventured into the food world, opening one of East London’s most vibrant chicken shops, Clutch. Entrepreneurial to the core, he has teamed up with Zara Cox back in his native Dublin to develop a new concept called Coterie – a space for hair experts and session stylists who want to come together and have their own business, without the stresses of staff and bills. Essentially, hot desking, but with your scissors, colour brush or dryer. To see some of Anthony’s current work, you just have to click on to the likes of Liv Tyler, Céline Dion, Kate Moss, Princess Madeleine of Sweden and Vogue Williams.

JULES FALLON

JULES FALLON began modelling at the age of 14. In spite of international success, she developed an interest in the other side of the lens, honing her skills as a producer, stylist, and later an agent. She founded model agency 1st Option MMP over 20 years ago to represent photographers, stylists, make-up artists and hairstylists as well as models, and represents celebrities such as Samantha Mumba, Darren Kennedy, Amanda Byram and other household names. Ahead of the curve, Fallon developed a digital talent section to manage the careers of influencers, with Suzanne Jackson the first to be signed. @julesmodelagent

AMANDA NORDELL is an acupuncturist and herbalist with a special interest in natural non-invasive slow ageing facial treatments. SINÉAD RICE is the head of education at the National Gallery of Ireland. She serves on the advisory board for the School of Art History and Cultural Policy at UCD, and is currently pursuing a PhD at the School of Creative Arts, TUD. SINÉAD MOONEY After ten years working in advertising, Mooney decided to leave a world of crazy deadlines behind to train as a yoga instructor and help equip others with the tools needed to thrive in this challenging world. She has won countless awards for her teaching, became one of Lululemon’s ambassadors, and recently opened her own studio focused on mindful movement and meditation. @moonsyoga

DAVID CASHMAN

DAVID CASHMAN started his hairdressing career at the ripe old age of 11, working alongside his father in the family salon in Tullamore. After school, and some formal training he packed his scissors and took off to travel the world. On his return, he became a firm favourite amongst leading publications such as IMAGE as well as advertising campaigns and fashion shows – he’s a regular backstage at Couture Week in Paris, Milan and London. His work has seen him work alongside leading make-up artists, photographers, and his number on the speed dial of many celebrities both international and Irish.
