The New Glitter

A little bit psychedelic, a little bit techno – this is glitter with attitude. Forget the traditional placement of a sprinkle over the eyelid – this time, it’s technical, considered and quirky. Draw lines with it, highlight with it – think where you wouldn’t usually use glitter, and apply it there.
