Social Pictures: Today’s Women in Grocery networking event, The Power of Positive

The Irish retail industry’s elite turned up the glamour for this year’s Today’s Women in Grocery networking event — and the fashion was at its most vibrant.

Today’s Women in Grocery’s beloved networking event have returned with ‘The Power of Positive’.

When was it?

Friday 5 May

Where was it?

Dublin Royal Convention Centre, Chancery Street, Dublin 8

Why were we there?

An event that gets bigger and better each year, Today’s Women in Grocery brought an exciting panel of senior business people from across the grocery industry and beyond to Dublin’s Royal Convention Centre for this networking event.

Now in its seventh year, the luncheon raises vital funds for the Irish Grocers Benevolent Fund Charity that supports those in the industry who are facing hard times. A charity that assists up to 200 families at any one time and contributes in the region of €500,000 annually, TWIG’s support takes the form of monthly, quarterly or annual annuities as well as crisis grants where appropriate.

The event’s theme was the ‘Power of Positivity’ in the wake of the pandemic and its many challenges, with a panel of experts led by Sonya Lennon.

Take a look at some of the beautiful style on display at the event below…
