“At this time for media in Ireland – as we witness the traditional print model being challenged and disrupted – we at Image Publications are extremely excited to be the country’s only female-first digital publishing brand to be able to offer content across print, digital, social, video and experiential channels,” states Clodagh Edwards, CEO Image Publications. “What also sets us apart as we usher in this new age for cross-platform content in Ireland, is our heritage of standard-setting quality that has been synonymous with the IMAGE brand for the last 42 years.
“As we continue to innovate our content and distribution channels to reach next generation audiences, we are busy building the best creative team in the industry to do so,” continues Clodagh. “As an editor Lizzie brings a wealth and breadth of premium lifestyle content experience with her, having edited an impressive portfolio of leading interiors, food, bridal, travel and contract titles in her twenty years in publishing. As editor-in-chief Lizzie’s peerless eye, innate taste barometer and leadership qualities make her the perfect person to direct our creative team while protecting the brand and safeguarding its future at this immensely exciting time of change.”
“We have a vision to ensure that print not only stays relevant but plays a vital role in offering a premium, tactile dimension of luxury and longevity in a fast-paced world,” says Lizzie. “I am excited to build on the brand’s long-established success to develop new ways for the print titles to integrate with the company’s diverse digital strategy and reach new audiences with meaningful content and visual, interactive storytelling.”
We’re excited to see what Lizzie does next!
