Two-second selfie

“I am the one person that cannot live without my phone. My Samsung is the perfect compact mirror and selfie all in one. I am obsessed.” Brian kicked off our takeover with an exciting look into his pre-Christmas preparation.

He uses the Galaxy Z Flip3 for frequent facetime, following along his morning workout, shopping, and capturing precious memories with his nephew Harvey.

“I have been using the Galaxy Z Flip3 for the past few days and one of the features I love the most is the fact it’s a flip phone. It’s so compact that it’s easy to keep in your pocket and your bag. It’s so fashion forward, lightweight, and I just love the way it closes too.

“Most of all, I LOVE the two-second selfie. All you have to do is put your phone on a flat surface (no tripod needed), set your timer for two seconds (it can be set anywhere from two to ten seconds), and when ready, wave to start the timer. Then you have two seconds to get your pose on.”

12-megapixel camera with smart settings

“Whether I’m at home and checking the weather first thing or on a ohoto shoot, I find the easiest way to remember what I’ve done is to take photos every single step of the way.” Holly White’s top feature of the Galaxy Z Flip3 was the 12-megapixel camera and how useful it was for her work.

“I absolutely love the camera; the quality is incredible. There are so many different settings as well. As someone who works from home, my phone is such an essential part of my kit.”

Holly used her phone for documenting her food blog, as well as meditation (via the Calm app), 15-minute morning exercises, looking up recipes, listening to podcasts and scheduling appointments.

“One of the features I love on the Galaxy Z Flip3 is the single-take setting. In taking one picture, it takes 12 different resolutions. It’s really cool because in taking one photo I’ll have 12 different options to choose from, which is perfect for my cooking demonstrations.”

Foldable technology

“I’ve been trying out the new Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 and it is incredible. I use my phone for absolutely everything.” Niamh Cullen loves that she can fold her Galaxy Z Flip3 so it sits up for capturing photos and videos or for watching Netflix at night.

“One thing I love about the phone is the camera and video quality and how it can sit up like a tripod.” She finds it pairs well with her other Samsung favourite — the Samsung Galaxy Watch4 Classic, which she uses to track her workouts.

“Also, one of the best features is how you can use it as a compact mirror. I can easily video my make-up routines or set it on a pillow to watch a show before bed.”

Niamh uses her Samsung duo to monitor her daily exercise, take selfies, and document her scenic weekend hikes. On her most recent adventure, she brought her Galaxy Z Flip3 on the Cardiac Steps in Killarney along the Ring of Kerry and was impressed with how she could easily fold and fit it in her pocket.
