Every new season, a fresh crop of designers sets our fashion pulses racing. This season take a look at New York label Novis. Its elegantly refined cuts and pops of unexpected colour feel really fresh, while Samuel Dougal is the perfect label for you if you’re planning to buy into autumn’s big texture trend; he mixes tweeds and knits beautifully. Each season, Cos captures the sartorial zeitgeist brilliantly (a perfect example was its unisex sneaker for SS16). Heritage brand Bally is has pulled out all the stops for AW16 with its statement frills and oversized silhouettes. The British brand, best known for its high-quality staples, has upped its fashion credentials hugely with a collection that feels fresh and contemporary. Its textured leathers and patent finishes hit just the right note for this new season.
