Sene Naoupu

Sene is a forced to be reckoned with both on and off the pitch. As an award-winning athlete, she has represented Ireland in Rugby Sevens, XV’s and Touch Rugby in nine World Series, five European Championships, seven Six Nations and two World Cups.

When she’s not training, Sene can be found campaigning for equal rights, inclusivity and eating disorder support, while also carrying out roles as a board member, charity director and health and lifestyle coach. She is the Head of Strategic Projects and Research for International Rugby Players, and last year was appointed to the governing body’s Women’s Advisory Committee. A champion of equal opportunity in sport and business, she also works with national and global brands to promote the visibility of women.

Georgie Crawford

Georgie Crawford is the founder and host of two of Ireland’s biggest health podcasts; “The Good Glow” and “The Good Glow Health”. She is passionate about having more in-depth conversations about health and wellbeing and has just launched a new online course, The Good Glow Wellness Programme; a guide to better holistic health.

Sinead Mooney

Sinead Mooney has become one of the country’s most celebrated wellbeing facilitators and is a meditation coach, a yoga teacher, a yoga teacher trainer and keynote speaker. She is passionate about helping others equip themselves with coping mechanisms for modern life’s intensity. Her home base is Moons Yoga Loft – a boutique Studio space in Blackrock focused on mindful movement and meditation. She is one busy – but mindful – mná.
