The key beauty products to know used backstage this Fashion Week

Behind every great fashion show beauty look is a team of experts using the latest and greatest in beauty to bring a designer's vision to life. Here are five key products behind Fashion Week's autumn/winter 2022 best looks.

ERDEM

Backstage at Erdem. Dyson’s Global Styling Ambassador and celebrity hairstylist Larry King took inspiration from the late 1920s and early 1930s to capture the androgynist era with a modern update, with high shine, glossy ponytails created by running the Corrale straightener through the hair.

Dyson Corrale, €449.99

HALPERN

Alongside gold and silver accent eyes, skin was perfected at Halpern using the new Nars Light Reflecting Foundation – the foundation that acts like skincare, with a a powerful blend of ingredients that strengthens your skin’s barrier and improves the clarity of your skin after six weeks, while it immediately conceals, smooths texture and blurs pores. It’s suitable for most skin types, comes in 36 shades and gives skin a luminosity that lasts all day, and looks beautiful set against Halpern’s soft, winged black cat-eye.

HARRIS REED

“Couture, iconic glam meets classic club kid,” says Terry Barber, Director of Makeup Artistry at MAC of the look he created at Harris Reed, “examining the many different personas of glam” with the all new mascara innovation MAC Stack, which comes with two brush options for perfectly defined layers of volume and length.

MAC Stack Mascara, €15

EMPORIO ARMANI

Giorgio Armani’s international make-up artist Linda Cantello created a look at Emporio Armani that she calls, “young and carefree, with a swipe of black liner and a rose-pink eyelid, personalized with black crystals for day to night.” She says it’s “a celebration of youth,” brought to life by using lip products on the eye, specifically Armani’s Lip Maestro in Estremo, swept from the inner corner of the eye.
