Sport has been influencing our sartorial choices (and vice versa) for years now, but there is no greater intersection of the two than Wimbledon. In fact, tennis fashion now has almost as much impact off the court as it does on it – largely thanks to athletes like Naomi Osaka, Serena Williams and Emily Raducanu, who have shown us the power in wearing something that makes us feel good.

Tennis fashion is largely performance-driven; off-court, that translates as wearability and versatility. Take the sport’s iconic skort, for example. A skirt layered over a pair of shorts (usually with pockets), it’s both functional and stylish meaning you’ll get double the wear out of it.
