Taking the staffers from work-out to wind-down, we’ve found a perfect range of comfy leggings, jumpers and tracksuits ideal for mindful weekends spent intention-setting.

If there’s one thing the IMAGE staffers are going to prioritise, it’s their wellbeing. On a recent excursion to Bellinter House in Navan, the team did exactly that. Beginning with a yoga and sound bath session, we moved into a peaceful evening of cacao and journaling in the relaxation area, leaving everyone feeling grounded, relaxed and recharged.

Clad in our favourite pieces from the new F&F Active range from Tesco, comfort was a non-negotiable for the evening. Designed to be accessible, high-quality, and relevant for Irish women across different life stages, the collection delivers style, comfort, and performance for every type of movement.

Perched in the relaxation area outside, the team set their goals for the year ahead, and enjoyed some cacao in their cosy F&F leisurewear. As Dearbhla puts it: “Wrapped up in blankets with a hot cup of cacao was the ultimate cosy end to our day!”

Reflecting on the evening, Hannah says: “I love to start the year as I mean to go on. It was so nice to sit down as a group and spend some time looking towards the new year. We chose a nice space, settled in and got cosy, poured some cacao and wrote our goals for 2026. The perfect way to spend a January afternoon.”

“2026 is the year I try to become more analogue and step away from the phone,” Meghan says. “So, taking the time to have a warm, cosy cup of hot cacao with the work girls and intentionally writing our goals for the year was a real treat. It was so lovely hearing what everyone’s intentions for the year will be, and figuring out just how similar we are when it comes to what we want to value during the year.”
