My Little Luxuries: Irish Instagram Superstar Eimear Varian Barry

Eimear Varian Barry, originally from Cork, is a globe- trotting stylist, photographer and PR, and mother to 18-month-old Saoirse. She has assisted on major productions such as Sex and the City and Boardwalk Empire and collaborated with brands including Preen, Adidas, Gap and Topshop. Eimear lives in London. Her new website, the EVB Edit, launched this autumn. Read Zoe Rocha’s My Little Luxuries here.

I adore my new (super-stylish) Tiba + Marl changing bag (tibaandmarl.com). Changing bags can be so boring and ugly, but these are made in East London by ex- Topshop bag buyers. They’re so cool! I’ve also been wearing the most amazing swimsuit from OYE Swimwear (oyeswimwear. com) this summer.

Going through #pushchair pics of @tibaandmarl #lookbook #shoot with @mrkodnghe in #Hackney from a few weeks ago. Love this area of #london !

I buy The Gentlewoman every season. I’m currently stuck in the spring/summer 15 issue. Open in my kitchen right now is Feelgood Family Food by ITV chef Dean Edwards. I’m obsessed with cooking and have been making his French toast more than I should!

My absolute favourite spots in London are The Monocle Cafe?, Lyle’s or Cream Shoreditch. I like to try street food each time I’m there, too. My favourite is falafels at The Chic Pea (thechicpea.co.uk).

I saw this Japanese hair salon somewhere on Instagram and had to go see it for myself. It’s called Tsuru + Lim and it’s in Shoreditch.

Kit and Ace (kitandace.com) is my label to love – very simple pieces with a luxurious quality. What drew me to the brand is its use of copper with blush and touches of electric blue. I love the fresh aesthetic. The stores are as beautiful as the brand’s Instagram profile.

I’ve also been living in oversized Gap shorts. I recently did a shoot with Shop Pyramid (shoppyramid.com), a new online retailer. Everything from the collection that day looked like it was made for me! I plan on wearing something from their store every single day. Minimalist and comfy.

I’m dreaming of a trip to Cuba. I haven’t been on a holiday in so long …
