7 Ways To Wear Double Denim

by Laura Chabal
31st Jul 2015

Denim has long remained a permanent fixture in?fashion and we doubt if it will ever be totally absent from our wardrobes. Everyone has at least one pair of jeans in their closet, if not five or six?or twelve (guilty). It’s comfortable, it can be dressed up or down, it takes the shape of your body, it moves with you and if it’s really good denim it only improves with age.

We’re confident with denim and we know what we’re doing, for the most part. However, when we broach the subject of’double denim, we’re met with an air of trepidation. Double denim often conjures up disconcerting memories of Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake at the American Music Awards or Destiny’s Child who loved a bit of matching denim overkill, but it doesn’t have to be this way, we promise.

Below, we help you come around to the idea of giving’double denim a shot. If done right it can?be incredibly cute and very fashion forward.?The key to rocking a perfect double denim ensemble is picking the right pieces to put together, but also to try and mix-&-match the different colours and textures.?Take a look at the different outfit ideas we have put together to inspire you to fall in love with double denim.
