Last month the government announced that the marriage equality referendum will take place on May 22nd. And yes, that’s Eurovision weekend.
As the referendum campaigns kick off, the kindly folks of TONI&GUY are opening the Clarendon Street salon this Sunday, 8th March from 10am to 4pm.
On the day all staff will be giving their time pro bono and TONI&GUY will be covering all running costs. 100% of the monies raised will be going directly to the cause and the offers for this splendid-sounding day look amazing.
Just some of the offers include:
Ladies cut and Blow dry €50 with a saving of €30
Gents cut & Blow Dry ??30 with a saving of €10
Full Head Highlights €90 with a saving of €55
Half Head of Highlights €70 with a saving of €60
Tints €50 with a saving of €25
The salon is also offering a service that every working girl is going to want. Acclaimed make-up artist Leonard Daly, whose name you’ll recognise from the pages of IMAGE, and photographer Emily Quinn will be in residence that day, too, to help with headshots. Emily will charge €30 and Leonard €25, so if you really want to makeover that LinkedIn account or need to have a professional photo to hand, this opportunity is a steal.

(As for those of you who are undecided on how you’re voting in the referendum, here’s Panti’s blistering speech from last year to help you make your mind up.)
