Emma Watson Has A Fringe

Save for her dramatic pixie cut post Harry Potter, feminist icon and talented actress Emma Watson’doesn’t often?change her beauty look. She knows what works for her, and tends to stick to it. Make no mistake, however, she is a trendsetter. When she reached for the scissors in 2011, fellow actresses Jennifer Lawrence and Emma Stone soon followed suite.

Following her adorable bob last year, the 25-year-old unveiled a cute topknot, accented by a wispy fringe, at the Berlin premiere of her new movie, Colonia.

This is a subtle take on a full-blown fringe, and suits Watson’s delicate features; a thicker fringe would have swamped her face. Much like Kendall Jenner and Kate Middleton, the United Nations ambassador opted for a less-is-more approach to her new do.

Watson’s stylist posted a snap of her latest look to Instagram, and we think she’s never looked better; chic, stylish and undoubtedly working the look in her own way.

Spring hairstyle inspiration? Yes indeed.

In celebration of the fringe, we’ve put together a gallery of women who have also rocked the hairstyle. Take a look above.

Bear in mind that it’s not a case of one style suits all when it comes to this look; the layers should be tailored to flatter your face shape. If you’re unsure what style of fringe to opt for, resist the urge to chop and ask your trusted hairdresser what would work best.

Or better yet, do as yours truly will be doing and bring the above snap to your next appointment and kindly request that you get a similar variation of Watson’s look.
