BTS of the July/August cover shoot: natural hair texture with Roy Leigh

Go behind the scenes of the cover shoot in the July/August issue of IMAGE Magazine with hairstylist and IMAGE Business of Beauty Awards 2018 winner of Most Creative Talent in Hair, Roy Leigh of Brown Sugar. Here, Roy shows us how he created a natural hair texture for the cover shoot.

Roy prepped the hair with Tigi Bed Head Superstar Queen for a Day thickening hairspray, €14.95 and blast blowdried it into the hair. Next, using a medium sized tongs he created a natural S-wave in the hair and to prime the hair and keep in fluffy, he sprinkled some Oribe Swept Up Volume Powder Spray, €38.21.
