This June, we’re partnering with Boots to hold a very special series of talks about all things beauty with a host of expert beauty insiders, including Nadine Baggott, Marissa Carter, Paula Callan and Amanda Byram. Hosted by IMAGE contributing editor Melanie Morris, there are various events throughout the day that you won’t want to miss. This will be a fun-packed and beauty-filled day, combining expert advice from some of the biggest names in the world of beauty, both from here in Ireland and overseas. This lively, information-packed day will provide you with all the ammunition you need to create the best beauty looks just in time for the upcoming summer months.

Safe Tanning

with Marissa Carter

Join IMAGE contributing editor Melanie Morris and Cocoa Brown founder Marissa Carter on June 16 at Boots Liffey Valley for an informative discussion on mastering safe tanning application. Marissa Carter is one of Ireland’s most successful businesswomen, launching the world’s first 1 HOUR TAN in just four short years and has since gained cult status internationally amongst celebrities and beauty editors, from the pages of Teen Vogue to the Oscars red carpet.

Skincare

with Nadine Baggott

Join IMAGE contributing editor Melanie Morris and beauty expert Nadine Baggott as they sit down and share their ultimate beauty and skincare techniques using the best of what Boots has to offer, focusing mainly on the face and neck. Nadine Baggott is the beauty editor of Hello! Magazine and a beauty YouTube star. With over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry, Nadine is the authority on all things make-up, skincare, and hair. Nadine is also the beauty presenter on ITV’s This Morning and has contributed to Marie Claire, the Daily Mail, The Sunday Telegraph and The Sunday Times Style. Join Nadine and Melanie for an intimate conversation as they share insider knowledge from the beauty industry, reveal the misconceptions held by many beauty lovers, and answer all of your burning questions.

Summer Body

with Amanda Byram

TV host and healthy living expert Amanda Byram will talk to Melanie Morris about how to realistically achieve that elusive summer body in a manageable way. Amanda Byram’s career started at an early age when she took the modelling world by storm. TV beckoned and she became a co-host for Ireland’s first ever breakfast show, Ireland AM and made her way across the seas to the UK and America. Dedicated to a life of health and wellbeing, Amanda has also created her own popular activewear range, Body by Byram. Join the TV host as she shares her tips on prepping for summer.

Make-Up Masterclass

with Paula Callan

Join IMAGE contributing editor Melanie Morris and make-up guru Paula Callan for an interactive, step-by-step workshop as they sit down and share their ultimate beauty and skincare techniques for prepping the skin for the perfect make-up base, using the best of what Boots has to offer. With a career that has spanned over 20 years and isn’t slowing down anytime soon, Paula Callan has worked with some of the most talented and inspirational people in fashion, TV, and film, including Naomi Campbell, Sienna Miller, and Elle Macpherson. In 2017, she launched her successful hair, beauty and make-up salon Callan & Co in Dublin’s Ballsbridge. Paula was recently awarded Best Make-up Artist at the IMAGE Business of Beauty Awards 2018.
