‘Let’s Talk Hormone Health’: This brilliant podcast discusses menopause with leading experts

Renowned broadcaster Lorraine Keane leads open discussions on hormone health in her podcast ‘Let’s Talk Hormone Health’. In the new episodes, she talks with perimenopause and menopause experts Catherine O’Keefe and Dr Mary Ryan.

Award-winning broadcaster Lorraine Keane is taking the Cleanmarine Let’s Talk Hormone Health Roadshow to the airwaves to educate Irish women on hormone health with the launch of a new podcast series. Lorraine speaks to experts in perimenopause and menopause, who share their knowledge in an informal yet informative style.

For the past two years, Lorraine has toured the country with Endocrinologist Dr Mary Ryan and Nutritional Therapist Sarah Brereton to educate women about hormone health approaching perimenopause and menopause with an amazingly positive reaction from audiences nationwide.

This year’s restrictions have challenged us all to innovate so to continue educating women on hormone health. Lorraine is bringing two perimenopause and menopause experts to her Let’s Talk Hormone Health podcast – Catherine O’Keeffe, founder of the M Word, and Consultant Endocrinologist Dr Mary Ryan.

To mark World Menopause Day, Lorraine’s conversation with Dr Ryan is available online today!

Let’s Talk Hormone Health

Lorraine started the Let’s Talk Hormone Health podcast with Cleanmarine to encourage women to talk about perimenopause and menopause with their friends, to share experiences and knowledge and support each other through this difficult time in a woman’s life.

In the first two episodes she spoke candidly to Mia Dunphy and Aisling O’Loughlin about their experiences, in an open and entertaining and conversations many women can relate to!

Speaking about the launch of the new podcast series, Lorraine Keane said, “Knowing more about the role of hormones in women’s health has improved my life so much, I want to bring this knowledge to all Irish women and the Cleanmarine Let’s Talk Hormone Health podcast series is enabling that.

“This years’ episodes feature Catherine O’Keeffe, menopause coach, and Dr. Mary Ryan, Consultant Endocrinologist, who will both share their expert knowledge into the area of health and hormones.”

Catherine O’Keeffe, Wellness Warrior, Menopause Coach and founder of the M Word, commented: “The Cleanmarine Let’s Talk Hormone Health podcast is a great initiative to educate women about menopause. It is important to continue to open up the menopause conversation in Ireland, the more educated women and their employers are about menopause and managing it successfully the smoother the transition will be.”

Consultant Endocrinologist, Dr. Mary Ryan, said; “Our hormones control so many of our bodily functions, we can all take simple steps to improve our Hormone Health at all life stages, in particular as we approach menopause. I am excited to bring my knowledge as a Consultant Endocrinologist to the airwaves with Lorraine Keane and make this information accessible to all.”
