Ingredients

1.5 oz Don Julio 1942 tequila
0.5 oz Beet and orange juice blend
0.25 oz Grapefruit juice
0.5 oz Lime juice
0.5 oz Rosemary simple syrup
1 oz Sparkling water
Dashes
Salt water

Method

Add all ingredients (except sparkling water) to a shaker with ice.
Shake gently and strain over ice into a Collins glass.
Top with sparkling water, stir gently to combine.
Garnish with a rosemary sprig and a dehydrated orange wheel.

Spicy Margarita

Ingredients

1.25 oz Don Julio 1942 tequila
0.25 oz Grand Marnier
0.5 oz Lime juice
0.25 oz Simple syrup
1tsp Chipotle chilli powder
1 Lime wedge

Method

Pour Don Julio 1942, Grand Marnier, lime juice, simple syrup, and chilli powder into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
Shake vigorously.
Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
Salt or sugar rim is optional.

Old Fashioned

Ingredients

1.5 oz Don Julio 1942 tequila
0.25 oz Agave nectar
2 Dashes of grapefruit bitters
Garnish grapefruit rosset

Method

Add all ingredients to a rocks glass
Add ice
Stir with devotion for 15-20 seconds
Garnish with a grapefruit twist
