Interiors buys under €50 to brighten up your home this January

Interiors buys under €50 to brighten up your home this January

From colourful mugs to bring joy to your morning tea to bits to brighten up your hallway, these finds will refresh your space for the new year.

January often comes with a desire for a sense of change and rejuvenation – new resolutions, new routines. However, in this dark, cold month, it’s often easier said than done, and the weather ushers us back into our homes.

Our homes, though, can offer a source of freshness. Even just a few small changes to the things and space we use the most offers a sense of a new start to the year, and all the rewarding feelings that come along with that. Here are some budget-friendly interiors finds that will create that “New Year” feeling.

Kitchen and dining

Treat yourself to an item you’ll use everyday such as a mug or bowl to elevate your routine, or if your resolution is to try new recipes, set yourself up for success with a piece of equipment that will make everything easier.

Living room

Something as simple as a new scent for your living space can change the mood instantly, while a new cushion to curl up with can add softness and colour.

Hallway

It’s the first thing you see when you come home, so make sure your hallway greets you with a print that makes you smile, or offers a place to store essentials without clutter.
