All Together Now’s foodie line-up is top tier — here’s what to look out for
Bringing together a tantalising selection of chefs, food writers, mixologists, brewers, cultural voices, and straight-up deliciousness, All Together Now’s Theatre of Food is always a highlight. Here’s what we’re looking forward to…
Not all festival line-ups are created equally; that’s just a fact. While the first point of interest might be the main stage musical headliners, All Together Now set themselves apart year after year with their incredible and ever-expanding offering across food, theatre and wellness.
From their Curious Minds Area—which offers an engaging mix of performances from musicians, authors, activists, spoken word artists, actors, songwriters, and more—to their Arts Trail, wellness sanctuary and crafts village, there is quite literally something for everyone to be found over the course of the weekend.
2025 marks the first year of The Great Oven at All Together Now with their Disco Cantina: a feast for the senses where festival goers can dance, dine and support the journey of a Great Oven to Palestine.
Since its inception in 2019, The Great Oven has been forging giant, beautifully decorated, community ovens – installing them in refugee camps, conflict zones and informal settlements across Lebanon and South Africa.
Digging a little bit further into the culinary journey All Together Now will be taking festival goers on, they’ve got not one but two pop-up dining experiences that you can book your space in right now.
China Tang
Known for their elegant take on Chinese cuisine, China Tang will be serving a curated selection of their signature dishes, blending bold Sichuan spices, refined Cantonese flavours, and the delicate artistry of traditional dim sum.
Their festival menu is designed to offer an authentic and diverse dining experience, transporting you from the heart of the festival to the vibrant kitchens of China’s most beloved food traditions.
Achara
The team behind Crudo are back in the restaurant tent to bring Achara to the iconic Curraghmore Lawns. Inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Northern Thailand, this pop-up restaurant immerses guests in a four-course journey, serving family-style feasts that bring people together around communal tables.
Each dish, from fragrant curries to grilled meats and fresh, zesty salads, captures the essence of Thai street fare, using locally sourced ingredients and bold flavors. To complement the flavours, Night Bazaar pours an eclectic selection of natural wines, enhancing the casual yet vibrant atmosphere.
The Kitchen Press at the Theatre of Food
The Kitchen Press at the Theatre of Food is a bit of everything you might find in and around a kitchen – food, drinks, chats, stories. Think of it as finding the kitchen at a house party. Hosted by Ali Dunworth and guests across the weekend, it will be a place to congregate and refuel. You come for a sit down, but you stay for the craic.
Drinks will be made, stories will be told. We will delve into the wide world of food and drink culture through great chats and unexpected topics. Lots of audience interaction, no typical cooking demos, think interactive tastings, unexpected chats and lots more. You never know what’s going to happen at the Kitchen Press.
Sip a cold one and polish your Gaeilge at Craft Beer & Cúpla Focal with Dungarvan Brewery or pull up a front-row seat as James Kavanagh and William Murray discuss their country move for The Simpler Life – live and unscripted. Shilpa Kiran dishes up spice in Chats and Chaat, while chats get heated in Frying Pan or Fire: Hot Takes with Corinna Hardgrave, Paul Flynn, Eric Matthews, Marcus O’Laoire and Dee Laffan.
Budding gourmands roll up their sleeves with Let’s Roll: Little Sushi Makers with Ken Konmatsu, while Cooking Up Change: From Gambia to Galway with Jennie Moran, Conor Spacey, Jactina Dalton, and Daniel Callen explores global kitchens and local impact.
Join Mick Kelly, founder of GIY (Grow It Yourself), and GIY’s Head Grower Richard Mee for a down-to-earth chat about their regenerative farm just steps from the festival estate. From muddy mishaps to veggie victories, they’ll share the wild ride of turning soil into something truly special. For something a little stronger, join The Centre Cut Podcast LIVE for an unfiltered tasting of Whiskey and Poitín served with real talk and deep pours.
I ask you sincerely: What more could a foodie want?
All Together Now takes place July 31 to August 3 in Curraghmore Estate, Co. Waterford.
