Comedian and podcast host, New Yorker Hannah Berner brings her new special to Netflix this week. According to Deadline, the hour-long set was filmed at The Fillmore in Philadelphia, PA and has Berner “so excited to finally be able to air my hour to the world.” “This show encompasses different phases of my life, my mental health, my love life, pop culture, and even some politics,” she says. “I like to make people question norms and make fun of everything, especially myself.”

Wednesday

Abbott Elementary – Season 3, Disney+

A group of dedicated, passionate teachers – and a slightly tone-deaf principal – are brought together in a Philadelphia public school where, despite the odds stacked against them, they are determined to help their students succeed in life. Though these incredible public servants may be outnumbered and underfunded, they love what they do… even if they don’t love the school district’s less-than-stellar attitude toward educating children.

Thursday

Mastermind: To Think Like A Killer, Disney+

Brought to you by award-winning executive producers Dakota and Elle Fanning and critically acclaimed collaborators, Mastermind: To Think Like A Killer is a fascinating new perspective on the woman whose crime-hunting innovations changed history. To stop serial killers, psychiatric nurse and professor Dr. Ann Burgess must first learn to think like one. With unprecedented access to the mastermind behind the development of modern serial-killer profiling, the series tells Burgess’ tenacious story and her compassion for victims which puts her at the centre of America’s most infamous true-crime cases. From the widely known Ed Kemper and Ted Bundy to lesser-known cases like the Ski Mask Rapist, Burgess investigates and studies the damaged psyches of victims and their attackers, putting two halves of the same story together to catch a killer.

Friday

Fly Me To The Moon, in cinemas nationwide

Starring Scarlett Johansson and Channing Tatum, Fly Me to the Moon is a sharp, stylish comedy-drama set against the high-stakes backdrop of NASA’s historic Apollo 11 moon landing. Sparks fly in all directions as marketing maven Kelly Jones (Johansson) is brought in to fix NASA’s public image and wreaks havoc on launch director Cole Davis’ (Tatum) already difficult task. When the White House deems the mission too important to fail, Jones is directed to stage a fake moon landing as backup, and the countdown truly begins.

Saturday

The Long Game, Netflix

In 1955, five young Mexican-American caddies, out of the love for the game, were determined to learn how to play, so they created their own golf course in the middle of the South Texas desert. Jay Hernandez and Dennis Quaid star.
