Some films are just meant to be seen on the big screen.

Bad Boys: Ride or Die

Starring Will Smith, Martin Lawrence, Vanessa Hudgens and Joe Pantoliano, Bad Boys: Ride or Die is the fourth instalment in the popular buddy cop films. Now pushing sixty, the duo are back with their iconic mix of edge-of-your-seat action and outrageous comedy but this time with a twist: Miami’s finest are now on the run.

The Watchers

Brought to you by producer M. Night Shyamalan, The Watchers follows Mina (Dakota Fanning), a 28-year-old artist, who gets stranded in an expansive, untouched forest in western Ireland. When Mina finds shelter, she unknowingly becomes trapped alongside three strangers who are watched and stalked by mysterious creatures each night. You can’t see them, but they see everything.

Inside Out 2

The little voices inside Riley’s head know her inside and out – but everything changes when Anxiety, Envy, Ennui and Embarrassment join the crew. While Joy, Anger, and Sadness strive to maintain balance, they are thrown off guard by the new arrivals, who bring chaos and confusion to Riley’s mind.

I Used To Be Funny

Rising star Rachel Sennott plays Sam, a stand-up comedian struggling with PTSD, as she decides whether or not to join the search for Brooke (Olga Petsa), a missing teenage girl she used to nanny. I fell in love with Sennott after seeing her in the hilariously chaotic Shiva Baby (she plays a young bisexual Jewish woman who attends a shiva with her parents, her ex-girlfriend, her sugar daddy, his wife and their child) so I have high hopes for this one.

The Bikeriders

After a chance encounter at a local bar, strong-willed Kathy (Jodie Comer) is inextricably drawn to Benny (Austin Butler), the newest member of Midwestern motorcycle club, the Vandals led by the enigmatic Johnny (Tom Hardy). Much like the country around it, the club begins to evolve, transforming from a gathering place for local outsiders into a dangerous underworld of violence, forcing Benny to choose between Kathy and his loyalty to the club.

Kinds of Kindness

Element Picture’s latest collaboration with Yorgos Lanthimos, director of the multi-Oscar winning Poor Things, Kinds of Kindness is a triptych fable, following a man without choice who tries to take control of his own life; a policeman who is alarmed that his wife who was missing at sea has returned and seems a different person; and a woman determined to find a specific someone with a special ability, who is destined to become a prodigious spiritual leader. Emma Stone, Jesse Plemons, Willem Dafoe, Margaret Qualley, Hong Chau, Joe Alwyn, Mamoudou Athie and Hunter Schafer all star.

Horizon: An American Saga — Chapter 1

A four-part American Western, Horizon: An American Saga explores the lure of the Old West and how it was won – and lost –through the blood, sweat and tears of many. Spanning the four years of the Civil War, from 1861 to 1865, Kevin Costner’s ambitious cinematic adventure will take audiences on an emotional journey across a country at war with itself, experienced through the lens of families, friends and foes all attempting to discover what it truly means to be the United States of America.

A Quiet Place: Day One

An apocalyptic horror film written and directed by Michael Sarnoski, based on a story he conceived with John Krasinski, the film serves as a spin-off prequel and the third instalment in the A Quiet Place film series. Taking place before the first film, Lupita Nyong’o stars as a woman named Sam who must survive an invasion in New York City by bloodthirsty alien creatures with ultrasonic sound hearing.
