Q1. What is your go-to, quick and easy festive snack for entertaining?? Brie, Apricot and Thyme Bon Bons.

Q2.?Any suggestions for interesting new Christmas drinks?? Our Mixologist Alex has created a new Festive Signature Cocktail which is available in Bar No. 23 and The Cellar Bar now!

Q3. What is your favourite meal to make over Christmas?? Fish Pie or Seafood Chowder in the days between Christmas and New Year – great comfort food!

Q.4 Do you have any advice for people who don’t have hours to spend cooking in the kitchen this Christmas?? Christmas cooking takes time – there is no getting away from that unfortunately!? Planning in advance will save time and will reduce stress though in the run up to the day.
