Irish Cocktail Fest: Your Weekend Cocktail Sorted

Ahead of the Irish?Cocktail?Fest,?taking place all around Ireland from October 10th – 15th, we have a cocktail that you can easily make and enjoy yourself over the coming weekend.

Here’s how you can make?Kalak Aviation from Camden Exchange in Dublin at home:

Ingredients:

35ml Kalak Vodka
15ml Violette Liqueur
15ml Maraschino Liqueur
20ml Lemon Juice

Method:

Fill a coup? or martini glass with some ice. Place all ingredients into an iced shaker. Seal it and shake hard for 10 seconds. Remove ice from the glass and strain the cocktail. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Serve and enjoy!
