Laya Healthcare’s City Spectacular will return to Dublin’s Merrion Square this July 7th – 9th and to Cork’s Fitzgerald Park on July 15th and 16th.?This year’s free festival will be brought to life through our spectacular line-up which includes world record breaking street performers, healthy heroes? Happy Pear, spandex sporting comedy duo?Lords of Strut?and this year’s festival ambassador – Ireland’s favourite turkey?Dustin The Turkey. There is also a pet-friendly zone,?Petacular with the DSPCA, Just Eat Street filled with some of the best vendors in town, plus world-famous street performers. Meet The Designers Here

On Monday, July 3rd, Brown Thomas unveiled CREATE 2017, a showcase of the very best in Irish design today, welcoming a host of exciting new talent and the return of some of Ireland’s much-loved designers. The collection is open to the public to view and meet the designers from July 7th through to July 20th on level two in Brown Thomas. Designers include?Leonora Ferguson, Wild Cocoon, Domino Whisker, Blaithin Ennis, Helena Malone,?Ale Walsh, Aoife Mullane,?Helen Cody, plus more.?This year’s Create installation is a blend of new and established designers across ready-to-wear, accessories, scarves, jewellery, millinery and interiors. Dance At The Summer Series Here

Why not spend your Saturday evening dancing the night away to Alt-J, Two Door Cinema Club, James Vincent McMorrow, and more? The Summer Series returns to Trinity College this weekend and with good weather on the horizon, it’s bound to be a brilliant weekend. Tickets are still available from?Ticketmaster?and the gig kicks off from 7 pm tonight.

This Saturday 8th of July, make room on the runway for the return of Derek Zoolander. Derek, the three-time male model of the year, ?he’s so hot right now? Hansel and the evil fashion guri Mugato will be taking centre stage on the big screen in Fitzwilliam Square from 8:30 pm. There will be food, coffee and yummy treats available but please note this is a non-alcohol event. You’re also encouraged to wrap up nice and warm and bring along seating, blankets picnics and your best blue steel/Magnum impressions!
