Watch: Miley Cyrus’ Morning Yoga Routine Is The Workout Inspiration You Need

Miley Cyrus is growing on us more and more every day. She doesn’t care what people think, she says whatever she damn well pleases, she’s true to herself and she’s not afraid to use voice her opinion on everything from politics (she will literally cry and leave the country if Donald Trump wins the presidency) to feminism (you won’t be slut-shaming Kim Kardashian under Miley’s watch).

Thank youuuuuuu! ?????? We all know it…. Just sometimes we forget! Never forget!

More recently, she seems less concerned with taking selfies that test how far her tongue will extend and more so with taking care of herself. With her latest social media action, she’s also making a name for herself as a voice on the importance of positive mental health. The We Can’t Stop star had a rather chilled morning, and took to Instagram to share her yoga routine, which she says she must stay on top of, for the sake of her mind more so than her body. And boy, are we impressed. Miley takes her yoga incredibly seriously, and she’s certainly inspired us to stick at it.

The benefits of yoga have been well documented at this stage, especially by us here on image.ie, but if you won’t take our word for it, perhaps you’ll take Miley’s. Also, Miley, if you’re reading this and pondering whether or not to release a yoga DVD, we’d so watch it.
