We have to admit we are inordinately fond of Yves Saint Laurent’s classic creation for women, Le Smoking. Elegant and bold, it’s one of those items of clothing that will never lose its timeless sexiness. So seeing Angelina Jolie sport a tailor made one on the red carpet for last night’s BAFTA’s was as close to fashion ecstasy as we will ever get. Brangelina appeared last night in matching tuxes – his a Valentino to her Saint Laurent – looking a million dollars and every bit the Hollywood royalty they are. If anything could catapult you into fashion longevity, then it is Brangelina sporting you in all their glory – long live Le Smoking.
