The book contains lots of interesting information about nutrition, the difference between chia and flax seeds as well as a ton of delicious-sounding recipes. It’s the new anti-diet, diet.
Health fanatics may know Joy McCarthy as the founder of the popular healthy living blog,?Joyous Health. She is also the aptly-named co-founder of Eat Well Feel Well, Toronto’s longest-running integrated yoga and holistic nutrition program and she contributes her health expertise to many North American publications, television and radio programmes. Plus she looks exceptionally, well, joyous. ?She must know what she’s talking about!
