It’s only been one year since blogger, and journalist Janet Newenham of Journalistontherun.com quite her job to pursue her life-long dream of travel blogging, and already the Cork native has covered more ground than most of us will in an entire lifetime. Over her short travel-blogging career, Janet has become a master with a camera and her Instagram account (which has over 23,000 followers) is an endless sea of perfectly timed, lust-worthy photos. As well as that, her work has also appeared on Huffington Post, Multitrip.com, Tourism Switzerland, The Irish Times and Lonely Planet to name just a few. The journalist on the run is currently taking part in an incredible expedition from Cork to Capetown, which will see her travel over 14,000 km by boat, car, train, bus, and bicycle.
