The Best of #HomeToVote

Ireland

Whether the results today go in favour of same-sex marriage or against it, one thing’s for sure, this is a campaign that’s stirred the nation like never before. It’s a movement that has struck a chord with so many people the length and breath of the country, meaning so much to so many. A new dawn is upon us, and Ireland could well become an international champion for all things equality. Today, May 22nd, Ireland welcomes a wave of emigrants back home to vote, and the world of social media is currently alight with their positive, touching and far-reaching messages.
