Spooky vintage and feel-good brunches: there’s a perfect weekend ahead with What’s On

Is it just us or is it starting to feel particularly autumnal out there? With Halloween (and the Bank Holiday of course) just around the corner, we’re feeling decidedly Samhain-ready. What better way to get into the spirit than with our fun-filled What’s On guide? Happy weekend from IMAGE!

On Saturday: Get in the spooky season spirit at the Halloween Craft & Vintage Market in Drop Dead Twice

We always love a good thrift market of a weekend, but now that we’re getting in the Halloween spirit, this offering from Drop Dead Twice (appropriate name, no?) on Francis Street has really piqued our interest. Crafts, vintage clothing, comics, and plenty of lovely food. From 11am til 4pm.

Saturday night: Get the Vengabus ready for the Biggest 80s and 90s disco in the 3Arena

I don’t think you readers understand how much I wish I could go to this. The Biggest 80s and 90s Disco (right to the point in the name there) is happening tomorrow night in Dublin’s 3Arena, and your nostalgia is going to have a great dopamine hit with this one. 5ive, S Club, East17 and the Vengaboys under one roof? It’s going to be a great night. Tickets still available from €51.

On Sunday: Recharge for the week while raising some money for Temple Street at their Yoga Brunch event

Most of our ideal Sunday mornings would consist of a yoga class followed by a great brunch, right? So why not live your best weekend life this Sunday, while also raising money for a brilliant cause? Temple Street Children’s Hospital is holding a special Yoga Brunch on Sunday in House Dublin, where the proceeds will go directly to children in need. Tickets from €35.
