Mo?t & Chandon, the world’s leading champagne house, in association with Brooke & Shoals hosted a unique spring scenting session yesterday evening (Wednesday, 30th March) in Drury Buildings –?the first of three Mo?t & Chandon #Mo?tMoment seasonal events, which will be held throughout the year.

Guests enjoyed a Mo?t & Chandon Imp?rial Ros? champagne reception and Brooke & Shoals scented the venue with floral fragrances.

Mo?t & Chandon ambassador and acclaimed sommelier Julie Dupouy, talked guests through tasting Mo?t?& Chandon Imp?rial Ros? champagne, explaining the food pairings including Bresaola wrapped rocket and parmesan, Porcini Arancini, crabmeat and apple crostini and smoked salmon served on Guinness bread. ?Alison Banton, the founder of luxury candle and body product company, Brooke & Shoals, hosted a special scenting session with guests, focusing on a theme of spring.

Those in attendance on the night included the fashion designer Helen Cody, model January Russell, UTV presenter Alison Comyn along with stylists Corina Gaffey and Maria Fusco and milliner Martha Lynn. Also in attendance were CEO of Edward Dillon & Co, Andy O?Hara and market development manager for Mo?t Hennessy Ireland, Elaine Cullen.
