People management mentoring workshop with Claire Flannery: social pictures

On Thursday, 26th July guests arrived at the stunning Merrion hotel and enjoyed a gorgeous Ruinart champagne reception where sommelier Julie Dupouy talked about the history of the champagne and discussed the matching canapes prepared by the Merrion hotel.

As soon as the guests took their seats, IMAGE contributing editor Melanie Morris introduced our speaker for the night, Claire Flannery – founder and director of Strength Within. Over the space of an hour, Claire informed the audience and fellow businesswomen on how to navigate change and help individuals, teams, and organisations thrive in times of change – including growing a business, planning and implementing significant business transformation. She also emphasised the importance of building professional relationships with employees and that “People leave managers, not companies.”

Luxury seat gifts included Lily O’Brien chocolate, Paper Blanks notebooks, and Hylaronic Serum from Pestle andMortar. Four lucky attendees also left the event with a blow-dry voucher for Dylan Bradshaw hair salon.
