You won’t want to miss this! On June 25, Image Interiors & Living and Trail Kilkenny will be serving up an evening of delicious food and divine design exclusively for readers.
Enjoy a six-course tasting menu at Kilkenny’s magnificent Michelin-starred restaurant Campagne, paired with craft pieces by some of the most exciting Irish designer makers working today. Meet and mingle with the makers as well as the Image Interiors & Living team, and sit down to dinner together to savour the fantastic food, delectable tableware and stylish surrounds.
On the table will be pieces by a veritable who’s who of Irish craft names: glassware by Jerpoint Glass, willow bread baskets by Heike Kahle, butter dishes by Castle Arch Pottery and water jugs by The Bridge Pottery. Chef Garrett Byrne will present starters on Nicholas Mosse’s new Lawn range, with dessert served in bowls by Rosemarie Durr Pottery, Karen Morgan Porcelain, and Sonja G?nther of Jars of Clay. The cheese course will be presented on Ray Power for Campagne cheese plates, and chocolates popped on Andrew Ludick’s distinctive ceramic vessels.
Located under the old railway arches on Gashouse Lane, Campagne boasts a stylish interior featuring modern paintings by artist Catherine Barron. The restaurant has been awarded many prestigious awards on both a national and international level, most notably one Michelin star status in September 2013.
Around the room, keep an eye out for dazzling handmade jewellery pieces by Kilkenny jeweller Rudolf Heltzel, a scattering of sumptuous Cushendale throws, and high-end candles by Moth to a Flame all making up a truly sumptuous, multi-sensory craft experience.
We also have a fabulous offer for an overnight stay with breakfast at the gorgeous Newpark Hotel for €55 per person sharing, with a complimentary upgrade to a superior room. To secure this deal, simply call 056 776 0500 and mention Image when you book.
