Last night the Merrion Hotel was crowded for the sold out Mentoring Workshop in association with Enterprise Ireland with mindfulness expert Elizabeth Whelan.

Attendees were welcomed with a glass of Mo?t Ros? Champagne and delicious canap’s from the Merrion chefs designed to complement the bubbly refreshments.

Guests mingled and soon took their seats to await their charismatic speaker. There, they discovered luxurious gift bags that included a Nuxe facial mask, a 2016 Paperblanks diary and chocolate courtesy of Green & Blacks.

Mo?t Ambassador, Julie Dupouy explained?the cuisine pairings,?including the scrumptious white chocolate and raspberry lollipop dessert canap?. Everyone was welcomed by Theresa Sampaio from Enterprise Ireland before Elizabeth, founder of Zestivo, discussed how to ensure optimum performance in your daily life through short mantras, simple exercises and attitude adjustments, guaranteed to make 2016 not only a successful, but also a happy and healthy one.Screen shot 2016-01-28 at 12.38.36

Elizabeth finished the hugely successful talk with a 10-minute mindfulness meditation that brought everyone’s evening to a relaxed close and refocused the mind for the year ahead.
