A Look Inside the New July Issue of IMAGE Magazine

The July issue has just landed and is packed full of entertaining, insightful and interesting reads for you to enjoy?

This month, we decided to do something a little different and focus on the power of the female body and, more specifically, our relationship to it. Who better to star on the cover than Cork-born Stefanie Preissner. The writer is refreshingly honest about her own journey and how she feels it’s time to flip the conversation on society’s obsession with women’s bodies.

Niamh O’Donoghue’s love letter to her body’describes how she endured three life-threatening illnesses and seven major surgeries, all before her 22nd birthday. If that doesn’t make you think differently about the relationship you have with your own body, nothing will.

We also talk to some leading Irish voices about the moment they discovered body image had nothing to do with how you look in the mirror.

This month, we’re also looking to fashion for an instant mood-boost and confidence-raiser. Fashion director Marie Kelly offers some key sartorial pick-me-ups that promise to take your mood ?from glum to gleeful?.

For an exclusive preview of the new issue, check out our behind the scenes video.
