Jackie Kennedy’s Granddaughter Launches New Comedy Series

Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis’ granddaughter Rose Schlossberg is launching a new satirical web series teaching women how to survive the apocalypse. Schlossberg is the eldest child of Caroline Kennedy, Jackie’s daughter with John F. Kennedy, and her husband Edwin Schlossberg.

Isn’t she the image of Jackie O? The New York Post dubbed her ‘Jackie 2.0’ a few years back.

The 27-year-old up-and-coming comedian co-launched?End Times Girls Club with her friend?Mara Nelson-Greenberg, and the six-episode web series from was inspired by Schlossberg’s time at New York University.

“It came up as a response to seeing the way that New York responded to Hurricane Sandy, and how people were grossly underprepared – specifically, girls in damsel in distress mode,’ she told Mashable. “I thought it would be interesting to create this world where girls have to be survivalists without compromising their cute factor.”

The six-episode series follows?Bee (Schlossberg) and?Lara (Nelson-Greenberg) play two vloggers as they give viewers the ultimate guide to female-focused apocalypse survival from a “‘fun new way to start a fire after the apocalypse” to making’mascara using nothing but “ashes and plain old auto grease.”

“We are big comedy fans, and I think Broadway Video (who produces the series) has the best record in the comedy world for making stuff,”?Schlossberg said. “It’s an environment that enables creators, so it’s been a great fit.”

Despite her infamous family history,?Schlossberg has remained out of the spotlight, taking part in low-key charity-based fashion initiatives in the past.
