Ellen Kavanagh Jones
CEO and founder, Waxperts

Waxperts Wax is the next generation in waxing, using the latest technology, to create a super flexible wax and product range. Ellen is CEO and Founder of Waxperts, responsible for brand and overseas development. Ellen is also is the vision behind the creation of all new Waxperts products and participates in every area of research and development through to market launch.

Having been shortlisted for the IMAGE Business Woman of the Year awards in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and again in 2017 Ellen has used this as a stepping stone to progress and develop her presence as an entrepreneur. She’s also in regular demand to speak at professional trade shows delivering inspiring and expert speeches where her industry knowledge is widely sought after.

Waxperts Wax has also picked up numerous awards over the past 3 years including Image Beauty Innovator of the Year 2015. Waxperts wax is found in over 1800 salons in Ireland, nationwide in the UK and is in Poland, Dubai and Canada.

Marija Aslimoska
Founder and owner, Parfumarija

If a picture is worth a thousand words, then a scent is worth a thousand pictures. Marija Aslimoska daydreams in scent, surrounding herself with beautiful perfumes that lift the spirit and inspire.  Marija is a classically trained perfumer, having learned her craft in Grasse, the traditional home of perfume in the South of France. She deepened her knowledge by working with established perfume houses in the Grasse area, with whom she continues to collaborate.  Back in Dublin, immersed in perfume, Marija divides her time between creation and curation. The delightfully intriguing smells that escape from her Ranelagh laboratory, hint at some of the new scent formulations that Marija creates for both bespoke and commercial commissions, as well as of course, just for the sheer delight of discovery. On the curation side, Marija has established Parfumarija, a niche perfume boutique to provide a home for rare scents in Dublin.
