WIN lunch for two on the terrace at WILDE (with a flight of rosé!)

Now that we’re hurtling towards the end of August at breakneck speed, we’re all trying our best to savour those last few drops of summer sunshine. Thankfully, Summer on The Terrace at The Westbury’s WILDE restaurant is still in full swing, bringing a taste of the French Riviera to the heart of Dublin.

Serving up a specially prepared menu just for summertime excursions, there’s an enticing seafood tower and caviar platter, as well as some of the most delicate and aromatic Château Minuty rosés from Provence, all served amidst the elegant floral arrangements of its verdant terrace.

Continuing until September 8, this fine dining experience is not to be missed. Overlooking Grafton Street, WILDE’s sophisticated terrace is decked out in a glorious installation of blooms in shades of lavender and lilac, and all the little details—right down to the menu design—are absolutely exquisite.

Showcasing an exciting seafood selection, the menu includes the WILDE seafood tower, featuring a selection of dill-cured salmon, Carlingford Lough rock oysters and seared tuna sashimi alongside West Cork mussels, brown crab claws, prawns and crusty bread; grilled lobster tail can then be added for an additional cost, creating the ultimate seafood lover’s tasting experience, while the Caviar Beluga Huso-Huso, provides a unique opportunity to sample this rare delicacy that delivers on supreme luxury.

The menu also features WILDE favourites like Dover sole, John Stone steaks, surf and turf, and classic dishes like chateaubriand for two, Skeaghanore duck breast and wild mushroom risotto with truffle oil and pecorino, finished with an extensive selection of handmade desserts, WILDE’s Irish cheese selection, sweet wines, digestifs and after-dinner cocktails.

Oh, and the perfect pairing then comes by way of WILDE’s exclusive Flight of Minuty Rosés, which includes a 75ml pour of each of the three rosés from the Château Minuty collection: Minuty Prestige 2023, Château Minuty Rosé et Or 2023, and Château Minuty 281 2023. Guests are guided through the notes of each pour, offering the perfect opportunity to sample a taste of Provence, with each wine carefully selected by The Doyle Collection’s Group Sommelier, Philip Dunne.
