Last Friday at The Marker Hotel in Dublin, IMAGE held a very exclusive lunch with beauty guru and skincare expert Liz Earle. All of our attendees relaxed on the Rooftop bar at the Marker Hotel to take in the beautiful scenic views whilst enjoying’delicious?Tanqueray Gin Bramble cocktails.

Everyone then made their way to The Brassiere restaurant, where they found a luxury gift bag with Liz Earle beauty products worth over €120 plus beautiful?Bean and Goose Dark Chocolates. We heard a few opening words from editor-in-chief Melanie Morris who welcomed Liz Earle. Executive Chef, Gareth Mullins explained his specially designed three-course lunch focusing on skin-boosting ingredients as part of The Marker’s Equilibrium menu. The Marker’s in-house expert, Sandra Murphy explained the paired wines. Gareth had taken inspiration from Liz Earles new health book, SKIN.

After the delicious?lunch, Melanie Morris and Liz Earle spoke?about the important role of eating healthy foods and how it can help not only boost our metabolism?but skin. Liz explained how alcohol?is not our worst enemy when it comes to having healthy skin (within moderation) but that we should reduce our intake of refined sugars. Liz shared stories of her life living on a farm and spoke about her new book SKIN.

Three lucky attendees went home with gift cards for Le Drunch?at The Marker. We also had two amazing twitter prizes for the best tweets on the day, one for an overnight stay in The Merrion Hotel and one for The Marker Hotel, both winners were overjoyed.

See who attended in our gallery above.
