Fiona Flannery, CEO, DEPFA Bank
A senior banker with over 25 years’ experience in the industry across a borad range of risk and strategic funcatins, Fiona Flannery held several senior positions within DEPFA prior to her appointment to the Board in 2010. She worked at PFIZER International Bank Europe and IIB Bank previously, and is a member of the Board of CMRF and sits on the Advisory Council of WXN. Fiona holds a degree in Mathematics and English from National University of Ireland, Galway. She has a C. Dip. AF from ACCA, is a Chartered Director and is currently reading for an MSc in Business (Leadership and Management Practice) at UCD Smurfit School. Fiona was awarded Management Professional of the Year at the IMAGE Businesswoman of the Year Awards in November 2015.

Derval O’Rourke, athlete, foodie and author
Derval O?Rourke is one of Ireland’s most successful and decorated track athletes. World Champion in 2006 in the 60m hurdles, she also won three European silvers and a bronze medal across her career and represented Ireland at the Olympics on three occasions, in Athens, Beijing and London. Following her retirement from the track Derval has become a best selling author, with her healthy eating cook book Food For The Fast Lane,?a number one best seller in Ireland.?Outside of finishing her second cook book, which will be out in the Autumn, Derval also works part time with the Irish Rugby Union Players Association (IRUPA), where she deals with players on Lifestyle Management.
