An expert panel joined editor-in-chief Melanie Morris in The Marker Hotel, last Thursday, October 1st for a wellness seminar, Clean Start.? Guests enjoyed?wine, however most opted for the healthy raw juice made up of?broccoli, cucumber, lime, lemon, ginger, kale, mint and green apple?and?healthy?canap’s?created by The Marker’s executive chef Gareth Mullins.

A group panel discussion with Domini Kemp (Alchemy Juice Co.), Roz Purcell (model, blogger?naturalbornfeeder.com), John Belton (No17 Personal Training), Milena Jaksic-Byrne (Platinum Pilates) and Elizabeth Whelan (?Zestivo Holisitic Lifestyle) was followed by personal round table access to our experts where guests could ask more in depth?questions. ?Children’s charity,?To Russia with Love arranged a raffle where three fabulous prizes of luxurious weekends away to Powerscourt Hotel Resort & Spa, Glenlo Abbey Hotel & Harvey’s Point Hotel were won and beautiful organic candles were available to buy on the night to?raising much needed funds.? Two lucky guests also won six personal training sessions and nutrition?consultation?with No.17 Personal Training and one weeks healthy meals from The Pure Kitchen.

Guests left with a gift bag containing Liz Earle?Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser,?healthy snacks from The Good Snack Company and a voucher for a pilates class from Platinum Pilates.
