Remember Save The Last Dance? Better still, remember 10 Things I Hate About You? Despite her varied body of work, actress Julia Stiles remains known for those two film gems in particular and today, she set the internet alight with news that she tied the knot in a “shotgun wedding” (her words). The actress met her now-husband, Preston J?Cook while filming the 2015 thriller?Blackway. Cook worked as a camera assistant on the film and Stiles starred alongside Sir Anthony Hopkins.
Their wedding was all dreamy and gloriously low-key; Stiles and her?husband were joined by just two friends at an intimate beach wedding in Seattle, Washington, after which they announced the news in an equally chill Instagram post. Stiles is expecting her first child later this year and amid the bump, lace and romance of it all, we asked the question (along with many more expectant brides-to-be hunting for gowns on the internet): where did she buy her fabulous boho wedding dress?
Finding a gown when you’re expecting can be even trickier than usual as you want to be comfortable, but this one works:?The three-quarter length sleeves, flattering neckline (and a bump-friendly empire line cut, naturally), with a?flowing full-length jersey skirt. ?It’s elegant, flattering and costs under €300. Yes, celebrities order online just like the rest of us mere mortals and?look at the result:
The Verona Gown Long in Bright Ivory is available from?Tiffany Rose Maternity?for €280, which is a bargain?if we ever saw one. Nab it while the going is good because it’s bound to go fast.
And if the above isn’t to your taste, here’s a couple of more choices, all tailored for mums-to-be:
