One of our favourite superheroes/ general people Henry Cavill is a busy man. He already has a jam-packed CV, boasting plum roles in film and TV, in the likes of?The Man From U.N.C.L.E, The Tudors and of course, Man of Steel. The gent?is undoubtedly talented as well as being very easy on the eyes, as his latest snap will attest. ?The 32-year-old actor is set to reprise his role as the iconic superhero in upcoming film Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, opposite Ben Affleck as the Dark Knight and newcomer Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman.

It all sounds summer blockbuster worthy, and though the finished product is still a while away, Cavill has given us all the more reason to look forward to it, thanks to his latest (amazing) Instagram snap*:

And that’s a warm up phase. Will he look unrecognisable after the bulking up/training really begins? Who cares. Though we do hope he doesn’t suddenly pull a Chris Hemsworth and undo all the hard work…

This has perked up our weekend (*though we do apologise to all who may be offended by the’male objectification. Blame Cavill). We’re also mightily impressed by his obvious commitment to the role. Yes, we have a major crush. Sorry, not sorry.
