GROUP COACHING CIRCLES: with Leonie Corcoran, our Group Coach

New to our Business Club offering, we are launching powerful group Coaching Circles, led by our Business Club Editor and accredited coach Leonie Corcoran, founder of LeoCoCollective and YourStoryCoach.ie. Five women will be supported over five monthly sessions, allowing the group to explore issues around boundaries, values, needs, taming our inner critic and using our voice, while building a strong connection together.

If you are already a member and would like to join a Coaching Circle, please contact [email protected]. If you are not currently a member, you can join the club here.

Welcome to the IMAGE Business Club Coaching Circles…

Imagine a space where you are supported by everyone around you. Where you are held to explore issues relevant to you. Where, instead of judgment, you find only support. This is what the IMAGE Business Club Coaching Circles are all about.

We offer Business Club members the opportunity to come together virtually in curated, small circles supported by a professional coach. Topics, which have been identified as relevant by our membership, will be explored with ease and support in a monthly 60-minute session. Each of the five women in the circle will have the opportunity for laser coaching around their individual challenges, allowing everyone in the group to learn from their challenges, as well as their insights and breakthroughs.

A unique aspect of these groups is the collective wisdom the group brings to each other. Facilitated by the coach, this wisdom will be tapped to assist members with their individual issues. When everyone in the group has the opportunity to give and receive such exquisite care and support from their peers every time they meet, relationships deepen and creativity abounds.

Monthly themes will be explored and coaching circle members will be able to work on the challenges that really matter to them, finding their personal insights in a supported environment. This deeply impacts how they show up as leaders and contributors in their own spheres of influence.

For generations, women have supported each other through their individual challenges. Today, it can be difficult to find that space to do that in our professional lives. We are providing it for you. Because on our own, we can survive but together we thrive.

Specialities

1. Tune in to your voice

It’s time to get clear on what you want. We challenge the beliefs that are no longer helping you or that are holding you in place; before exploring your values, your inner team and your inner critic.

2. Trust your voice

We might be taught not to trust ourselves, but it’s time to change that. We design your individual needs creed; explore your boundaries; explore the power of your cycle; and support you to consciously create a supportive network.

3. Dial up your voice

It’s time to tell your story with ease and eloquence. Combining coaching and training, we deal with confidence issues; imposter syndrome; limiting beliefs; and the skills that support crafting and telling an authentic and powerful story. This often includes: communicating your needs; finding your flow; tackling your inner critic; building your confidence and managing money gremlins.

Leonie Corcoran

Leonie Corcoran is an accredited life coach and media professional who helps women to find, trust and use their voice. With over 20 years of experience and expertise in media and communications, Leonie is highly skilled at elevating the voices of others through storytelling, having worked extensively with The Irish Times, as well as the World Health Organization, Red Cross, here at IMAGE Media and guest lecturing at University College Dublin and University of Limerick.

Leonie brings her enthusiasm, coaching expertise and real-world experience to these group sessions. As ‘Your Story Coach’, she creates a safe and curious space for clients to tune into their authentic voice, learn to trust it and dial it up so that they can tell their story with confidence and ease. Many of her clients are dealing with identity shifts at times such as career progression or change, peri/menopause, motherhood and retirement.

“For many reasons, we often lose touch with our own voice. We forget to ask ourselves what we need and what we want at key times in our lives. Instead, we are guided by the opinions and beliefs of others and what we feel ‘we should’ be doing,” says Leonie. “Often we are not even aware that this has happened and we only notice it by a recurring nagging feeling that we are not in flow or that ‘something is not quite right’.

“This is where my work as Your Story Coach comes in. I facilitate clients to feel aligned with themselves; to be congruent in their actions and communication; and to be able to live their true, authentic storyline… and to tell their own story along the way!”

Leonie, aka Your Story Coach, has designed a unique approach that combines neuroscience, storytelling and the power of feminine energy to deliver powerful results, always supported by her infectious positive energy and compassion.

She is co-founder of The Story Lab and can be found on YourStoryCoach.ie, Instagram or LinkedIn.
