Murphy’s ice cream take innovation to the next bar with their latest flavour…

?I never drink anything stronger than gin before breakfast.? You can discard W. C. Field’s quotable life advice today because it’s World Gin Day! Happy World Gin Day. If the thought of a Saturday morning G&T ain’t waking you up then might we suggest a trip to your nearest Murphy’s Ice Cream shop for one of their gin flavor ice creams? We got a nibble a few weeks ago and trust us, it’s ginny. Infused with so-called Dingle Gin as made by Dingle Distilleries, the flavour has been palatably increased via a cold extraction with the key ingredients, including juniper berries.

Graham Murphy told us that since the flavour’s launch in late April it has been growing in popularity. ?I find it goes well with Lemon curd or with Chocolate but the next person may tell you something different as we all have our own favorites,? he says.

Cone bottoms up, old girl.
