Of the 7.2 billion people in the world, over 3.3 billion use the Internet. 1.7 billion of those users are in Asia.

In just 60 seconds of Internet in 2014, 293,000 Facebook statuses were updated, 433,000 tweets were sent, 27,000 Snapchats were sent, there were 2.66 million Google searches, 67,000 Instagram pictures were uploaded, and over 5 million YouTube videos were viewed.
